Young Parent Support Center (YPSC)

The Young Parent Support Center in Cockeysville, MD, is dedicated to empowering families and fostering the healthy development of children. Our mission is to guide young parents toward self-sufficiency and economic independence by providing a broad range of essential services at no cost. We offer developmental childcare focused on early literacy for children from birth to four years old, transportation assistance for residents of greater Dundalk, Essex, and Middle River, and adult education programs including GED preparation with computer-assisted instruction. Additionally, we host career exploration workshops, hands-on parenting classes such as the 'Nurturing Program,' and various family enrichment activities. Our comprehensive services also include substance abuse prevention education, life skills training, and home-visiting support.
