Home Delivered Meals, a program of Moveable Feast, is dedicated to supporting individuals in Cockeysville, MD, and surrounding areas who are facing critical and life-threatening illnesses that hinder their ability to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. We provide medically tailored meals and essential services free of charge to those in need throughout Baltimore City and fourteen counties across Maryland, reaching individuals up to 140 miles from our North Milton Avenue kitchen. Our program offers weekly delivery of up to 18 healthy meals, accompanied by fresh produce, and a heartfelt visit to brighten the day of those who often feel isolated. Each delivery is a reminder that our clients are valued and cared for. Referrals for our meals must come through primary care providers, ensuring that those who need assistance receive it promptly and effectively.
