Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families in Cockeysville, MD, who are navigating the difficult journey of caring for a critically ill child. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial stress associated with grocery expenses by providing gift cards to families in need. Understanding the overwhelming challenges that come with medical care and financial obligations, we focus on ensuring that families can meet their basic need for food during these trying times. Participation in our program requires a referral from a social worker or medical provider, allowing us to connect with those who need our assistance the most while maintaining the compassion and care that defines our organization.
