Hammy's Heart is a compassionate initiative located in Clinton, MD, dedicated to supporting families with critically ill children. Understanding the overwhelming financial burdens these families face, we provide essential food assistance through gift cards specifically for grocery bills. Our mission is to alleviate some of the stress by ensuring that the basic need for nourishment is met, allowing families to focus on care and recovery. Participation in our program requires a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider to ensure that the support reaches those who need it most.
