Mirian Sanchez, a dedicated counselor with multiple advanced degrees including an MS, MA, MBA, and recognized credentials as an LCPC and NCC, views psychotherapy as a transformative personal journey that enables individuals to connect with their deeper selves. Engaging in this journey may be spurred by significant life events that evoke feelings such as anxiety, depression, anger, and desperation. Mirian strives to create a healing environment where clients feel completely safe while navigating these emotional challenges. Drawing from a wide array of theories and techniques, Mirian practices an integrative method in psychotherapy that addresses the unique needs of each client. After earning her degree in Organizational Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, she undertook specialized training focusing on adults dealing with mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and addictions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mirian boasts extensive multi-cultural life experience and finds joy in collaborating with clients pursuing personal growth and fulfillment through the psycho therapeutic process.
