Hammy's Heart

Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families with critically ill children in Chevy Chase, MD, by alleviating some of the financial strain they face. We understand that during such challenging times, every bit of assistance counts, especially when it comes to securing food for the family. Our program provides gift cards to help cover grocery bills, allowing families to focus on what truly matters—their child's well-being. Participation in our program is facilitated through a referral from a social worker or medical provider, ensuring that those who need us the most receive the help they require with dignity and care.
