Early Intervention / Infants and Toddlers

The Infants and Toddlers program in Chestertown, MD is dedicated to supporting families with young children by providing essential services aimed at nurturing the growth and development of infants and toddlers. Our comprehensive, family-centered approach is designed to help children thrive in key areas such as cognition, communication, social and emotional skills, self-help, and both fine and gross motor skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for school. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of specialized services including assistive technology, audiology, family counseling and training, nursing, nutrition services, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Children must meet age requirements and at least one additional eligibility criterion to access our support, as we strive to empower every child to reach their full potential with care and expertise.
