Home Delivered Meals

Located in Catonsville, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We serve those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, along with self-pay individuals seeking nutritious meal options. Our meals, meticulously crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to diverse health needs, accommodating various dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork allergies, while addressing specific medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. For those on Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal eligibility can be determined through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should review their plan materials to explore meal options, as our service is available under selected PPO plans. Self-pay programs are also offered at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, ensuring flexibility and choice for those who do not qualify for assistance. In addition to meal delivery, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to support comprehensive health management.
