Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

In Catonsville, MD, CORE is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to food and beverage service employees facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to support families by covering critical expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, funeral costs, medical bills, therapy, and necessary childcare items like diapers and formula. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by these workers, we also assist with travel, food, and gas expenses related to hospital visits. Former grant recipients can apply again after 12 months, either for the same chronic condition or a new qualifying circumstance, with a lifetime assistance cap of $7,500 to ensure equitable support across our community.
