Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland is dedicated to providing essential meal assistance to homebound residents in Capitol Heights, MD. Our program delivers daily nourishment in the form of two meals each day—one hot lunch and one cold supper—ensuring that those who are unable to leave their homes receive the vital nutrition they need. With the support of our compassionate volunteers, meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:30 am and 1 pm, fostering a sense of connection and care in the community. Individuals in need can conveniently apply online, and our team will follow up with a phone call to facilitate enrollment in our services, making it easier for our community members to access emergency food assistance when they need it most.
