Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals in Capitol Heights, MD, aimed at improving the health and well-being of our community members. We cater to eligible clients enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and those benefiting from the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option for convenient meal delivery. Our meals are designed by a Registered Dietitian to fulfill specific dietary requirements for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We invite those eligible to explore our services through their Case Managers or local resources to see how we can assist them. For individuals without qualifying coverage, we offer a self-pay meal program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, where you can select each meal and delivery according to your preferences. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our community's health needs.
