THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Cambridge, MD is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals affected by illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. We offer comprehensive outpatient health services, encompassing primary care and specialized HIV care, alongside essential medical case management both in the clinic and the community. Our supportive approach includes mental health services and outpatient substance use treatment, particularly for opioid use disorder. In line with our holistic care model, we provide medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank, as well as home-delivered meals to ensure nourishment for those in need. Additional services include professional legal assistance, transportation support with public transport tokens, health insurance premium coverage assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications. We are here to foster resilience and empower those we serve through compassionate, practical support.
