Located in Cambridge, MD, Stand Beside Them offers dedicated health and wellness coaching tailored specifically for veterans facing diverse challenges. Our empathetic and solution-oriented coaches work closely with clients to address both external and internal issues, helping them embrace positive change with a nonjudgmental approach. We cover essential topics such as nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief support, ADHD, work-life balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Understanding that transportation can be a barrier, our coaches are flexible and available for virtual sessions via Skype or telephone, ensuring that every veteran has access to the support they need for their journey towards health and wellness.
