Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Brooklyn, MD community by providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to those eligible through Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritious meals personally planned by a Registered Dietitian, catering to a variety of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while accommodating dietary restrictions including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who qualify under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery eligibility varies by state and program, and we encourage individuals to consult their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging for guidance. Additionally, we offer affordable self-pay options for individuals seeking the convenience of home-delivered meals, priced at just $7.75 per meal, allowing flexibility and choice in every delivery. Beyond meals, N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support the health and well-being of our clients.
