Our Wellness Program emphasizes education and skills training that empowers participants to make informed health choices, featuring seminars on wellness and fitness classes tailored to all levels. In addition to physical well-being, we provide valuable assistance in navigating vital areas such as healthcare, finance, family matters, and housing options. Joining our community requires a membership application, which once accepted, grants access to all our offerings. Seniors residing in assisted-living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes will need to schedule an assessment appointment before applying for membership. We're here to support and inspire the senior community in Bowie and the surrounding areas, ensuring everyone enjoys a fulfilling and vibrant life.
