Americans Helping Americans strives to uplift families and children in Appalachia by offering vital emergency assistance and addressing urgent needs such as food, school supplies, and clothing. Located in Bowie, MD, our dedicated program ensures that those in Appalachia have access to essential resources, including a monthly food pantry, supplemental food, and hygiene items. We also support home repairs and youth enrichment projects, fostering a brighter future for the community while encouraging self-sufficiency and resilience. Together, we work to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change for those we serve.
