Nicole Fayard

Nicole Fayard is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and board-approved supervisor in the state of Maryland. She is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, and holds a National Certified Counselor credential. With a post-master’s degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Nicole is committed to delivering high-quality services to adolescents, adults, and families. Boasting 20 years of experience, she has aided children, teens, adults, families, and couples in navigating mental health challenges in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech, she is an active participant in a thorough DBT consultation team. Nicole is passionate about facilitating weekly adolescent skills groups and parent groups, and she provides a caring environment that allows for the integration of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her sessions. Her genuine passion lies in empowering clients to translate their therapeutic goals into real-life changes. Believing that the choice to enter therapy is an act of bravery and self-compassion, Nicole is eager to support individuals on their journey towards healing and wholeness.
