Heather Clark is a dedicated counselor specializing in disordered eating, including binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia, body dissatisfaction, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, and orthorexia. As the Clinical Director for Rock Recovery, a non-profit organization, she leads efforts to provide accessible disordered eating care throughout Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, as well as Christian support groups nationwide. Heather's commitment to helping individuals find freedom and healing in their relationships with food and their bodies is evident in her approach, which encompasses both individual and group therapy. She believes that finances should never be a barrier to care, offering all services on a generous sliding scale. Passionate about the Health At Every Size(R) philosophy, she is currently pursuing certification as a Body Trust(R) Provider.
