Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals in Bethesda, MD, to clients who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to support health and well-being while catering to specific medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize client safety by offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those covered by Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, eligibility for our meal delivery services varies, so we encourage contacting your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to explore options. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check with their plans to determine meal benefits, as we participate in PPO, but not HMO, plans. Additionally, for individuals not qualifying for government assistance, N4L offers a flexible self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal.
