Based in Bethesda, MD, the PDG Case Management program is dedicated to connecting individuals with essential local resources and ensuring they receive the benefits and support they deserve. Our services encompass a wide range of assistance, including Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare, food assistance programs like Food Stamps, and much more. We prioritize stability within the community by working closely with each consumer to create personalized support networks. Our compassionate Case Managers advocate for every individual, helping navigate access to vital services such as housing, medical and dental care, psychiatric support, substance abuse treatment, and vocational training.
