Home Delivered Meals

Located in Berlin, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians. We serve eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, providing meals that accommodate specific dietary needs for various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork to ensure safety and health. For individuals not covered by these programs, our self-pay option is available, allowing you to choose meals for just $7.75 each, along with a flat-rate shipping fee. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support overall health.
