Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in Beltsville, MD, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide Medically Tailored Meals meticulously crafted by a Registered Dietitian, catering to the specific nutritional needs of clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, which support a range of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, are deliciously designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For individuals who may not qualify for government assistance, we also offer an affordable self-pay option at $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone has access to healthy, convenient meals from the comfort of their home. Our commitment extends beyond meals; we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling tailored to individual health needs. To find out about eligibility and services, clients can reach out to their Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging.
