Home Delivered Meals

Based in Bel Air, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritionally balanced and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as a self-pay option for those without insurance coverage. Each meal is thoughtfully planned by a Registered Dietitian to cater to clients with specific health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Our program is designed to ensure that those in need can access quality nutrition conveniently at home. If you have a Case Manager, they can assist in verifying your eligibility for meal delivery, or you can reach out to your Medicaid provider or local Area Agency on Aging for support. For those seeking a self-pay solution, our meals are available at an affordable rate of $7.75 each, providing both choice and convenience for maintaining a healthy diet. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' dietary needs.
