Noelle Benach

Noelle Benach, a compassionate counselor and LCPC, believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. She strives to provide her clients with customized strategies that cater to their unique and modern needs. With empathy, support, and transparency at the core of her practice, Noelle is passionate about working with a diverse clientele, including couples, queer individuals, college and master's level students, creatives, parents, and professional caretakers such as teachers, nurses, and nannies. She assists adults in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond as they navigate the stressors of modern life, including transitions and experiences of marginalization. Her clinical focus encompasses anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA-related issues, grief, sexual health concerns, and trauma, while also promoting mindfulness, confidence, and emotional intelligence. As a level 2 PACT clinician and a Prepare-Enrich certified facilitator, Noelle has also accomplished levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method and is a proud member of AASECT.
