Jodie Gordon, LCSW-C, has over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, and women's issues related to aging, hormones, and self-care. In a world filled with uncertainty that impacts individuals’ sense of safety and control, Jodie supports her clients by helping them identify areas for change. Together, they explore thoughts and patterns that affect overall well-being and personal relationships. With a supportive, non-judgmental, and direct approach, she focuses on counseling and psycho-education, providing clients with a toolbox of coping skills for self-mastery. Jodie utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, emphasizing the mind-body connection to facilitate stress management and holistic health. As a Certified Pilates Instructor, she also coaches clients on building both physical and mental strength.
