Located in Baltimore, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritionally balanced and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our expertly designed meals, curated by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific dietary needs for various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Whether you are a recipient of Medicaid or the Older Americans Act or seeking self-pay options for just $7.75 per meal, we provide a tailored solution that prioritizes your health. We encourage individuals to connect with their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance with eligibility, and we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your dietary needs.
