Case Management

Located in Arnold, MD, the PDG Case Management program is dedicated to connecting individuals with essential local resources and guiding them to obtain all the benefits they deserve. Our comprehensive services include assistance with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, Food Stamps, and various forms of housing and energy resources. We also provide access to medical and dental care, psychiatric services, substance abuse treatment, and vocational training.
