Located in Arnold, MD, the PDG Case Management program is dedicated to connecting individuals with essential local resources and benefits to enhance their quality of life. Our compassionate team assists consumers in navigating complex systems to secure crucial support such as Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare, Food Stamps, and housing assistance. We understand the importance of stability, and our Case Managers work closely with each individual to create a personalized support network that encompasses medical and dental care, psychiatric services, substance abuse treatment, medication management, vocational training, and transportation services.
