Michelle Long, an LGPAT-certified Art Therapist, is dedicated to supporting clients navigating the challenges of anxiety, ADHD/ADD, depression, self-esteem issues, and suicidal thoughts. With a belief that artistic talent is not a prerequisite for healing, her approach to Art Therapy facilitates clients in expressing feelings that are often difficult to articulate in words.
