Lory Cosner

Lory Cosner, LCSW, understands that many therapist profiles seem similar, so she focuses on what truly matters: the therapeutic journey as a collaborative effort. With over 15 years of experience in various settings, including community mental health, residential facilities, and military clinics, Lory has encountered a diverse array of challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. She listens deeply, validates clients' experiences, and equips them with practical tools for their journey. Having been a military spouse for 17 years, Lory appreciates the uniqueness of each individual's experience and the importance of finding a therapist who truly understands. She is queer allied, gender affirming, and respectful of diverse lifestyles, including kink awareness. With a strong foundation in various earth-based belief systems, Lory has completed Level I Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Her experiences living in England, Turkey, and Germany, along with traveling to over 40 different countries, have fueled her passion for culturally competent care.
