Lauren Wheaton

Lauren Wheaton is a compassionate and skilled Marriage & Family Therapist who has dedicated her practice to helping individuals of all ages, including preteens, teens, and adults. With a Master’s degree from California Lutheran University, graduated in 2013, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her sessions. She specializes in addressing relationship issues, self-esteem, and a variety of other challenges including trauma, PTSD, addiction, and coping skills. With proficiency in diverse therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Lauren tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her warm and relational style allows her to create a safe space for healing, whether in individual, couples, or family therapy.
