Kim Clemens

Kim Clemens is a compassionate counselor, LCPC, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional and psychological lives. Inspired by the profound words of Maya Angelou, she believes that 'there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.' Kim specializes in addressing compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography use, relationship and intimacy challenges, codependency, enmeshment issues, infidelity, sexual abuse, betrayal trauma, and other forms of complex trauma and PTSD. Her gentle approach fosters a healing environment where clients feel understood and supported. As a licensed and board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC, LCPAT), she utilizes creative strategies that empower clients to integrate their experiences, enhancing their self-efficacy and self-worth. With foundational training in attachment-focused EMDR and ongoing education towards certification in EMDR therapy, Kim continually expands her therapeutic skills to offer the most effective care possible. Additionally, she has completed Ken Adams' Overcoming Enmeshment training, furthering her capability to assist those dealing with relationship dynamics.
