Located in Abingdon, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing nutritious Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to meet specific nutritional needs for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We pride ourselves on offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they are suitable for a variety of dietary restrictions. For those qualifying for Medicaid or Older American Act programs, meal delivery is accessible through designated case managers or local agencies. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check with their plans to discover if meal services are included. Additionally, individuals seeking meal delivery without insurance may opt for our self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, with coverage details available through your insurance plan.
