The American Children's Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to supporting families facing the challenges of childhood cancer through our Grant Program in Abingdon, MD. We understand the financial strain that comes with medical treatment, which is why we offer essential financial assistance for various needs, including housing, living expenses, utilities, food, medical expenses, prescriptions, transportation to medical appointments, and even lodging at distant facilities. Our goal is to alleviate some of the burdens when a child is diagnosed with cancer or to assist cancer survivors within four years of remission. Each request for assistance is handled with care and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with payments made directly to service providers to ensure support reaches those in need effectively. We are here to provide hope and support during difficult times, ensuring that families can focus on what truly matters—their child's health and recovery.
