Our comprehensive, free 3 Step program offers essential services for women and children throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Participants engage in counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, and computer classes, all within a supportive network that includes spiritual guidance and assistance in navigating systems. Throughout our workshops, attendees explore critical topics, such as the roots of domestic violence, the devastating effects of abuse, and ways to uncover God’s plan for their lives. We also provide an After Care Program designed to meet spiritual, emotional, and practical needs through continued life-skills workshops and access to resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance, with childcare available during sessions. Our trainings, scheduled quarterly, can accommodate up to 50 women and 15 children each session, helping to create significant change and healing in their lives.
