Located in Aberdeen, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide Medically Tailored Meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, specifically catering to the dietary needs of individuals with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals, which exclude dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, are available to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. For those without these benefits, we offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone has access to nutritious food right at their doorstep.
