Grocery Assistance Program (GAP)

The Grocery Assistance Program (GAP) in Aberdeen, MD, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to those who are unable to shop for themselves. Through our compassionate volunteer team, we offer reliable grocery shopping and delivery services without any fees for our clients. Participants simply cover the cost of the groceries selected by their assigned volunteer, who thoughtfully handles everything from shopping to delivery and even helping to put away items as needed. GAP is available for clients receiving home-delivered meals, as well as for seniors aging in place who require support with grocery shopping.
