The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, operated by the Family Health Center, is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits in low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old in Worcester, MA. Our mission is to provide vital food assistance and comprehensive support tailored to each family's unique needs. Participants benefit from personalized nutrition education, access to nutritious supplemental foods, and valuable breastfeeding promotion and support. Additionally, we offer referrals for essential healthcare services, ensuring families receive the holistic care they deserve. Our program is completely free of charge, making it an accessible resource for those who need it most in the Greater Worcester area.
