Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Wilmington, MA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and young children up to five years old. Our program offers personalized nutrition education and counseling to families, breastfeeding support and resources, and a convenient debit card to help purchase nutritious foods such as milk, whole grains, beans, cereals, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Our dedicated counselors are here to assist you in creating a customized food package tailored to your needs, while also providing referrals to additional valuable services like SNAP, housing, daycare, dental care, and fuel assistance. Eligibility is straightforward; if you are receiving benefits from TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you are automatically eligible for WIC, ensuring that fostering healthy growth and wellness for your family is accessible and straightforward.
