Early Learning - Home Visiting Program

The Early Learning Home Visiting Program in Westford, MA, is dedicated to empowering families of pregnant women and children from birth to age three through personalized home-based services. Our program offers weekly 90-minute home visits that provide high-quality, flexible, and culturally competent child development experiences, alongside essential parent support. We focus on creating individualized plans covering child development, nutrition, health, and socialization, ensuring that each family receives tailored guidance. Additionally, we host parent/child playgroups twice a month to foster community and connection.
