Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in West Roxbury, MA, is a vital resource offering free nutrition assistance and support to eligible families throughout Massachusetts. Our mission is to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of 5. We provide personalized nutrition consultations, healthy food options, breastfeeding education, and essential referrals for healthcare services, including medical and dental care, along with support for housing and fuel assistance. If you are currently receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth Standard (Medicaid), you are automatically income eligible.
