The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in West Roxbury, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under the age of five by providing essential, free services to eligible families. If you are receiving benefits such as TAFDC or SNAP, you may automatically qualify for our program—foster children under five are also eligible.
