The Grow Clinic for Children, located in West Roxbury, MA, is dedicated to providing specialized medical, nutritional, developmental, and social services for children facing Failure To Thrive (FTT) in the Greater Boston area. As part of Boston Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics, we offer a comprehensive range of services that includes medical assessments, nutritional counseling, social work support, and developmental evaluations, ensuring each child receives the holistic care they need. Beyond clinical treatment, our advocacy efforts aim to reduce barriers for children in need, and we connect families with vital resources, such as our referrals to the BMC Food Pantry for specialized nutritional supplements and other essential services. Our outreach initiatives extend into communities, helping families access nutritious food, clothing, and safe housing, all while providing transportation assistance for those most vulnerable.
