Rebecca Robbins is a highly qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 21 years of experience in the field. She earned her Master’s Degree from Boston University School of Social Work in 2000 and has worked extensively with adults in various settings, including college counseling centers, health centers, and outpatient environments. Rebecca’s therapeutic approach is both flexible and strength-based, tailoring her clinical methods to meet the unique needs of each client. She provides both brief and long-term treatment for a diverse range of challenges, including depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, stress management, women's issues, and substance abuse. Utilizing various therapeutic orientations, her expertise encompasses trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting, as well as methods rooted in humanistic practices, existentialism, positive psychology, mindfulness, and psychodynamic principles. Rebecca is also skilled in addressing critical incident issues for first responders and plays a vital role in supervising emerging therapists and offering consultation.
