Grow Clinic for Children, located in Waltham, MA, is a dedicated outpatient subspecialty clinic within Boston Medical Center that offers a comprehensive range of services to support children referred for Failure To Thrive (FTT). Our mission is to ensure every child in the Greater Boston area receives the necessary medical, nutritional, social, and developmental assistance they need to thrive. We provide compassionate medical assessments, nutritional counseling, and social work support, in addition to developmental evaluations and brief consultations with child psychiatry. Our commitment extends beyond clinical services; we advocate for policies aimed at reducing child vulnerability and ensuring access to emergency food. Families benefit from personalized home visits, which connect them to essential resources such as nutritious foods, clothing, and housing. Additionally, we facilitate transportation for selected fragile patients and refer families to specialized nutritional supplements through the BMC Food Pantry.
