Food Pantry

The Food Pantry at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford in Waltham, MA, is dedicated to providing emergency food assistance to community members in need, including low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and meet the basic nutritional needs of those we serve. Each week, one person per family can access our essential food supplies. In response to COVID-19, we have implemented a safe, contact-reducing procedure where all food is pre-bagged for clients to collect outside the church. We encourage clients to bring reusable bags to make the process easier. Together, we strive to create a welcoming environment and ensure that everyone has access to the nutritious food they deserve, no matter their circumstances.
