The Grow Clinic for Children, located in Wakefield, MA, is a dedicated outpatient subspecialty clinic at Boston Medical Center, providing comprehensive medical, nutritional, and developmental services to children diagnosed with Failure To Thrive (FTT) within the Greater Boston area. Our warm and welcoming environment allows us to offer personalized medical assessments, nutritional counseling, and social work support, ensuring that every child and family receives the attention they need. We deeply believe in advocating for policies that reduce the number of children facing food insecurity and related challenges. In addition to our core clinical services, we provide critical resources such as home health education, referrals to the BMC Food Pantry for essential nutritional supplements, and supportive services through our Medical-Legal Partnership. We also offer transportation assistance for fragile patients and camperships when funding allows.
