Located in Springfield, MA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia, ensuring that those with swallowing difficulties can access temperature-specific food thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored to their needs, and supportive therapy tools. Our mission is to empower low-income individuals by offering not just food thickeners and pre-modified meals, but also critical oral care supplies and adaptive equipment, all designed to support their nutritional and healthcare needs.
