Adult Survivorship Program

Located in Somerville, MA, the Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is dedicated to providing expert and compassionate care tailored for adult survivors of cancer. Our mission is to support individuals diagnosed with adult-onset cancer by addressing the unique challenges they may face after treatment. We offer comprehensive services designed to manage the risk of second cancers and understand the long-term effects of cancer treatment, while also tackling social, physical, and psychological concerns. Our team of experienced physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists collaborate closely with patients and their primary care physicians to develop personalized plans that promote well-being and a fulfilling life post-cancer. Whether you are in need of nutritional counseling, exercise consultations, or assistance with sexual health, our program is open to you, regardless of where you received your initial treatment. We accept various forms of Medicaid and Medicare, and our Financial Assistance program is available to support those in need of financial aid for their healthcare.
