Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Shrewsbury, MA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program operated by Family Health Center serves the Greater Worcester area by supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits through personalized nutrition education and assistance, providing participants with vital supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and essential health care referrals. Our comprehensive services are offered at no cost to eligible families, ensuring that they have access to the nutrition and resources necessary for their well-being.
